Polk Audio RM6750-BK Surround Packages Speaker
|
|
Product Description
Introducing a complete home theater audio solution for people who crave true cinema excitement without breaking the bank - the RM6750. The integrated Power Port Bass Vent designed right onto the back of the compact Satellite and Center Channel speakers - the same technology used in full-sized Polk Audio speakers - improves lower midrange response and all-important sub/sat blending, taking the RM6750 beyond the performance realm of any other sub/sat system in this price range. This integrated design reveals midrange with no "hole" in the frequencies between the sats and the sub, for male vocals that are rich and full-not thin and weak like other sub/sat systems. The RM6750 comes with its own subwoofer module, an 8 inch long throw driver and high current power amplifier for real ground-shaking bass thrills.

Cons:
None that I have found I have searched speakers for about 5 months.. I heard the Sonys ( I was leaning towards them) Bose, Boston's, Onkyo's ( almost purchased those, but they only sold the ones I wanted with a receiver, which I did not want to pay for that). After hearing and listening to all of the above, and a few more. I decided on the Polks. Originally I opted for a online purchase of the Polk RMN6750TNM which was bundled with a second subwoofer ( the 10 inch one).. well the package arrived but the second sub. never did. I had to return the package. I made an exchange for the RMN6750BKs.. same specs as the TNM (titanium color). I have a Kenwood VR-507 5.1 a/v receiver , that will be replaced within 2-3 years. Sub out is plugged into the 12 inch. The front out speakers are plugged into the POLKS sub ( the one included, not the extra one) then that sub is firing the front speakers.. I believe this way all bass is covered.. deep, high and midrange. All in all this really rocks.. :)
