| Cons:
Warranty fulfilled at consumer's expense I received one of these machines for Christmas. It was purchased in November the day after Thanksgiving. It only comes with one microphone, nor did we purchase an addt'l mic, so we never thought to test out the 2nd mic outlet. Well, here we are in February getting ready to have a party, so we purchase a 2nd mic. Come to find out, the 2nd outlet didn't work. Sears will not take it back, as they have a 30-day warranty on electronics (BOO), and The Singing Machine company only has a 90-day warranty. We must ship the machine back to the company at our expense, it will take 4-6 weeks to get the replacement, and they will ship it back at their expense. Fair? I think not. It was faulty to begin with! Go buy a $130 Vocopro machine, which is as big as a DVD player and comes with a remote! Yes, you'd have to buy a mic, but the mic The Singing Machine comes with isn't good quality anyway.
