Cons:
Reliability First of all, it wasn't plug and play. Needed driver despite instructions saying "simply install battery and plug in"
Next, it failed after 20 minutes!!
Took it back to Office Depot, swapped it out, and so far so good. Rather disconcerting to have a failure in this area of technology.
