Pros:  Memory

Cons:  none i guess If you want to use the full capacity of this device you have to format it, or creat a folder and put everything in there. I use mine for music and office files. No problems, just drag and drop.

Pros:  Ease of use and size

Cons:  Let me know when you find one I have been using 1 GB cards in everything now. We use them at the office instead of USB Drives. They are small and portable, but able to carry a huge amount of data. I also use them to transfer data from my phone to my laptop and my camera.
There isn't anything easier.

Pros:  Lots of Memory so you don't have to unload your camera as often

Cons:  Don't pay full price, you can get it cheap! I couldn't believe I only had a 128 mb memory card before this! I went from being able to take 150 photos on my camera to 1200! Shop around for the good deals though...with a sale and a rebate I bought 2 - 1.0gb memory cards for 20 dollars! (at CompUSA)
