Haven't found one yet. Sony's DRU 530-A DVD/CD burner is great. It installed with ease in my computer with Windows XP recognizing it immeadiatly. What a value! It will burn anything I stick in it with no complaints and is nice and quiet. Note: Be sure to go to Sony on the web and get the free firmware update for this drive. It makes things much easier.

Cons:
( don't know of any yet! ) I have recently purchased the Sony DRU-530 and just love it. Installs easy, writes cds much faster than my old 12x cd burner , and movies and pics are great clarity! Replaced my old version of Record Now with the latest from the software disk included. Recommended to 2 friends who purchased also!
( actually have not had to contact support,can't leave a bad comment when i haven't experienced any problems.)

Cons:
Everything Could not get the thing to work. I destroyed the box because there was a rebate and staples won't take it back. I spoke to sony support a few times and did what they told me and it still doesn't work. This product sucks!
PS Don't buy anything from staples!
