Product Description
Priority Service Plan Packages extend and enhance product warranty coverage across all components of customers' system configurations. Priority packages can enhance warranties with service uplifts such as extended coverage hours, faster response times, and dedicated service resources. With one-year and three-year contract options, Priority support can provide on-going coverage beyond standard warranties.Priority Gold Executive Support is intended for accelerated resolution of urgent software issues. It includes advanced coverage with 2-hour response, 30-minute response for critical software problems, 1-hour response for non-critical problems; annual site visit; critical problem management and upgrade impact planning assistance. 2-hour response requires customer to be located within 25 miles of a Compaq service location. Local service delivery manager must be notified regarding 2-hour on-site response prior to the equipment being shipped. Priority Gold Executive requires pre-qualification. This package is intended for Storage products priced between $1,500,000 - 1,599,999.
