Mediocre product - Visioneer has poor customer support.

Pros:

Cons:   The product is useful to those seeking to save deskspace. However, the tech support from Visioneer is abysmal to nonexistent. The company ties to force your to buy a new unit or to access their " paid" tech support for hardware related issues. This seems to be a common complaint on other bulletin boards discussing Visioneer products. After having to discard 2 Strobe Pro units due to hardware failure in less than 3 years, I have decided to move over to the more reputable HP 4600 scanners.
