Product Description
Stormfront, a Palm OS release similar to the classic arcade title Operation Wolf, thrusts players behind enemy lines where they're forced to engage in a series of gun battles against overwhelming odds. Controlling an onscreen targeting cursor, players attempt to survive wave upon wave of enemy soldiers, paratroopers, jets and tanks by picking them off with the assault weapons and grenades at their disposal. Ammunition and grenade supplies can be supplemented by shooting the requisite icons that are strewn across the battlefield, while Med Packs will help heal any injuries sustained during the course of a battle.Although the primary mode of play comprises a series of increasingly difficult levels taking place across a gamut of hostile territories training missions can be attempted to accustom players to the gameplay mechanics of the title or simply to help improve one's marksmanship. ~ Gavin Frankle, All Game Guide
