| Cons:
Doesn't work at all after considerable beating I have little experience with this product; however, it is imoportant you know that the abrupt and untimely discontinuation of my involvement with the panasonic rql31 was not by my own choice. My office mate, we'll call her Kathy, felt that the rql31 would be considerably improved by simply smashing the device into the ground. Repeatedly. Prior to said destruction the rql31 more than lived up to its billing. The rql31 will be sorely missed.
