Tennis 2K2 Dreamcast
Product Description
The follow-up to Sega Sports' Virtua Tennis, Tennis 2K2 makes a variety of refinements to the original, with the most notable being the addition of female players. In all, there are now eight men and eight women to choose from, with top professional players like Venus and Serena Williams, ~Patrick Rafter, ~Tommy Haas, ~Lindsay Davenport, and ~Monica Seles. Tournament and Exhibition modes are available for quick, short-term play, but the heart of the game is the World Tour mode, in which you create male and female competitors and begin your quest to make each the number one ranked player in the world. A variety of mini-games serve as training grounds for improving your footwork, serves, returns and other skills. By winning singles, doubles and mixed doubles matches, you increase your rank and earn money that can be used to buy clothes, doubles partners and additional venues. The players you create can also be used in the Tournament and Exhibition modes to compete against the CPU or up to three other human players. Matches take place on a variety of clay, grass and indoor courts located in locations around the world, including Australia, USA, France, England and Japan. ~ Skyler Miller, All Game Guide

Pros:
Great graphics! |
| Cons:
drop of water for thursty tennis fans! I have to say graphic wise this game is tight. Funfactor wise, I feel the game is a little stiff. Let me get a tennis game with about 50 men and women names to compete with, a career mode for build-up player action, more freedom for created player strengths and weakness. Another race for the game designers!

| Cons:
Eventually gets too predictable and doesnt allow three set matches... The game is really realistic and the controls are easy ot master and simulate a real tennis match.

it is a very good game. The players have a lot of good characteristics, they have different outfits, different racquets and a lot of places to play. The only bad thing is you can't play singles against a guy if ur a girl.

Graphiscs are much better, competition is much tougher and the career mode is long and grueling. Must have for any tennis gamer though.
