I ordered this on December 12th and as of today, 12/26, I still have not received it. I really appreciated having to explain to my 10 year old nephew that he does have a gift comming we just don't know when it is gonna be there. There's not much I can do other than never buy from Sneech again. There is just too many other companies out there.
